Carriage House/Apartment Rental starting June-July 30A Area

My husband and I are looking to rent in the 30A area around June or July. We are a very tidy, minimalist couple so a small carriage house/studio apartment would be perfect for us. Looking to spend no more than $1200. Would do rent on a monthly basis, for 6 months or up to a year. Very easy and flexible!
