Moving to Santa Rosa Beach, FL the first week of July. It's just me and my 15 year old son plus a 11 lb Chiweenie dog. My dog has never done any chewing and is paper trained so no mistakes on the carpeting, lol.
I have owned 4 homes myself in the past and rented one of them out for a couple years so I understand all the concerns of an owner renting out their property.
I am meticulous not only about the interior of the home in which I live but the exterior also. I don't leave trash cans out in the yard after pick-up day and keep the yard clean. I always leave with things looking as good if not better. I take pride in all that I do.
My plans are to work at Sacred Heart Hospital and my son will be attending South Walton High School .. starting 10th grade. He is a quiet non-rebellious kid ... yes I'm blessed 🙂
I have unearned income of $2,100. (SSI / pension) + plus a large savings account to hold me over each month to hold me over until I land a job at the hospital. With my degree and experience I figure I will be employed there within 2 months after moving there. I am willing to seek employment elsewhere in the meantime.
I have no (zero) debt not even a car payment so I manage fine on my unearned income.
I visited the area last December and fell in love with Santa Rosa Beach and know that is where my son and I belong. I am willing to rent or rent to own. I have a credit score of 809 and have good references. As you know property in SRB is expensive per sq ft. so I have struggled to find a property I desire that is within my price range.

We have a house located in Seagrove on 30A available starting July 1. It's 1/4 of a mile from the beach on the south side of 30A and across from Eastern Lake. It's 4 bedrooms/3 baths in a quiet community with a neighborhood pool. $3000.00 per month plus utilities. A deposit will be required. House can be unfurnished or I can leave some furnishings depending on need.
