2 Br W/ 1 Yr Lease Wanted Asap

My wife and I are moving from Atlanta to the 30a area, and are looking for a 2+ bedroom. We have a cat and a small dog, so the property must be pet friendly (both are well behaved and great with people). Our preferable move-in date is late May or the beginning of June. Preferable 1 year lease, but we are flexible. If you would like any other information, please email me at jacob.c.roberts@gmail.com.Thanks!
