Beautiful condo on 4th floor off of 30A in seagrove immediately available for 2000/m.Gulf view from front entry door. Awesome sunrise and sunsets.

It is 3 bedroom condo with a huge balcony. 3 min walking distance to the beach.

You will fall in love with this unit. I am renter myself but I am moving so I have to turn lease to lucky new tenant.

This price is awesome for this area.

Check out the home I found in Santa Rosa Beach

This link can give some idea but I would recommend to come and see the unit. It has super large balcony/terrace, top floor, quite place,no noise, and has both ocean and forest views.
