Is this rental still available? I am looking for a quiet nice area/ I am a corporate technologist with no pets or children. I currently live in an upscale suburb of Chicago but will be relocating this area with the intention of hopefully building a home with 3 to 5 years. I prefer an 18 - 24 month lease. Please contact me at bhorowitz@netzero.com if the property is still available.
