Ideally, we prefer something over 2000 sf with a fenced in backyard. It must be pet friendly, as we have two small dogs and a cat; all are under 20 lbs, well-mannered, and crate-trained. We are both employed, non-smokers, and will be excellent tenants. The budget needs to be around $2500 per month on a 1 year lease.
