1-year Lease Beginning October 1, 2017

Hello,

We are 2 retired ladies, 65 & 70, and 2 cats (12) looking for a 1 year lease, beginning October, somewhere along the Florida Panhandle (Navarre Beach to Seaside, excluding PCB). We’ve sold our home in Atlanta and have always wanted to live at the beach. Once we find a place, we will probably stay a while!

Our needs include:

• 2 bdrm/2 bath or 1 bdrm/2 bath with bunk beds in the hall. We’d prefer an open floorplan. We’d also prefer unfurnished.
  A patio/deck/porch (preferably screened in). Someplace for the cats to lounge outdoors. An enclosed yard would also work.
  Walkable area/neighborhood within a few blocks of the beach.
  A beach or gulf view would be a big bonus.
  

Our price range is $1,300 to $1,600. I’ve seen ads where utilities were included and, if that is the case, we might consider going higher.
