I am employed full time in Santa Rosa Beach and have my own car. I am clean and keep to myself. I rent the room, not the house. I pay my rent in cash every Friday without hassle. I do not smoke, drink, or do drugs. I am a woman in my early 40s. My 7 and 9 y kids stay w me on alternating weekends.
