Hello -- I am a musician currently based in Los Angeles but looking to spend a few months on 30A to get away from the hustle and bustle and work on some music near the beach during the fall/winter. I'm looking for something close to seaside/seagrove/santa rosa...
I am aiming for an Oct 1st move in, likely for about 3 months.
Ideally I would be looking for a studio, but I am open to sharing a place if you don't mind a little noise, nothing crazy though. No drums or loud guitars or anything like that.
I am a clean person who does not party or drink much...I cook often and eat pretty clean. I like to be active and workout, play tennis, do yoga, etc.
My budget for a place is $700-$1,000.

We are located on 13 acres with a pond and no homes nearby
