I am a local to the Santa Rosa Beach/Destin area - born and raised. I currently live in the Santa Rosa Beach area near Louis Louis; however, my current lease of 2-years will end on December 1, 2017, and I am looking to downsize to a carriage house, a one-bedroom apartment, or even a studio/efficiency. I would like something unfurnished with a price range of $800-$1000 per month (if utilities are included, that would be ideal). I also do not have pets. I am open to any neighborhoods, towns, or areas. I have work and personal references if needed.

Would you be interested in a 1 bedroom, 1 bath and small den upstairs in the Bayside community. My son works on a golf course and the time he is off, he is playing golf, so you would have lots of privacy. There is a fireplace, screened in back porch, tile floors, granite in kitchen and bath.
