Looking for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home with a fenced in back yard and preferably a garage.
I have two young children so need yard space for them.

Currently live in Seagrovw in a two bedroom but need more space.

I understand a lot of rentals go for more in the area but not looking to spend more than $1500 a month, utilities on top. Currently a block from the beach in a nice neighbourhood paying $1300.
