I am very interested in this studio. I am a writer and looking for a small place on 30A from 15 Jan to 30 Apr to work on a piece using South Walton Beaches as the story’s setting.
Please let me know if this unit is available for that time frame. If it is unavailable, do you have any another similarly sized or priced unit close to the water?
