I have a room available in my 3 bedroom, two bathroom house in Panama City Beach. It is in the Laguna Beach area about 7 minutes from Pier Park. Located in a small, safe gated community with a pool and off street (shared driveway) parking. The third room will not be rented out. The room is currently partially furnished with a queen-sized bed. Brand new washer and dryer. Prefer no or small pets. Looking to rent asap! Please email me at brittanymayo654@gmail.com for more details!
