Looking for a long term rental close to Rosemary Beach area

Looking for a long term rental that allows a small cat. Interested in 1 or 2 bdrm apartment, condo or cottage that is close to Rosemary Beach. I have excellent credit, non smoker and can provide recent and past rental references as well as employer reference upon request.
Price range is $1200 - $1600 month. Main interest for moving is to be closer to work. Current lease expires September 2018.
