Looking for unfurnished long term rental in Santa Rosa Beach/ 30A area. 2-3 bedroom, single detached preferred, with a small yard. We are empty nesters, already living in area, And would prefer at least one year lease. We have one well behaved dog (She has been to dog obedience school) that we can provide references for.
