ISO: 1 bedroom avail. Oct. or Nov -SRB, PCB or Freeport

I have been renting for 3 years in the same condo in Sandestin and the new owners will be moving into the place in late December. I have great references from my current and previous landlords and I work in property management in the area.

I am looking for something around $1000 to $1200 per month in Freeport, SRB, or Panama City Beach. I have one 8 pound cat and no other pets. Needing to move around October or November.
