Hi! I am currently living in Blue Mountain Beach and am looking for a 1 bedroom house/apartment/carriage house. Open to anywhere on 30A or in Walton County. It must be pet friendly for a 30 pound dog. Looking for under $1,200 a month. Thanks in advance.

I have a one bedroom, it’s available now and completely furnished includes bedding and towels even. Also all utilities are included in the $1,350 per month. It’s available until March. It is a condo with an elevator. Is your dog ok with elevators?
