Pet Friendly Rental - 1 / 2 BR

My lease is up in February and I will be looking for a Studio / 1 BR rental that is cat friendly! Preferably around or less than $1,000 / month. I am VERY clean and assure that my home looks and smells as if it is pet free. I work on 30A so something relatively close would be preferred but I am willing to consider things that would require a bit of a commute.
