Anyone in the market for a puppy?

My neighbor acquired a miniature dacshund pup about 6 months ago, and I am getting the idea she really does not want it. It is a male, shorthair, I think dapple, not sure if he is fixed. His name is Midgit, and he is such a playful, loving little guy, but I think maybe a little too energetic for her taste. She said she was going to give the dog away to somebody, but this has yet to happen...so, I was thinking about asking her if I could have the dog and give it to somebody who might be interested in adopting this nice little puppy. AND HEAR ME LOUD AND CLEAR...WE DO NOT NEED ANY MORE DOGS, so, please, if somebody wants him, let me know and I will see what I can do😀

Skunky, Rapunzel isn't going to like reading that you are trying to give away her dog. :nono1: :funn:

He is dapple, he is not fixed (but I'd be willing to make that happen if someone wants him). He really is adorable, and I'd take him in a heartbeat if my dogs weren't in their golden years and completely intolerant of young puppies. Midget is smart and potty trained and just attention starved. He has a lot of energy, and his mom is a pharmacy student who also works, and she is just never home.

He also loves Skunky, and I think the highlight of his day is when Skunky is making coffee and says "Hey Midget!" The little guy does backflips.

He kind of looks like that, but he is mostly white and his hair is all short.

Hey there - if the above deal doesn't go through - we would love to have Midgit in our home! We already have one dapple that is full of energy and could use a playmate. Let me know if the owner does want to part with the little one, and if the other deal falls through. Thanks!!!
