I have been searching for racks the past week for my YOLO and a kayak, and have found some very interesting on top of car racks, they are much easier than a trailor I would assume. I have googled the crap out of this stuff. rackwarehouse.com has some genius ideas for even the smallest cars. I have a Jeep and my board out does my truck by a few feet. If she does really want a trailor, canoeandkayaktrailor.com has some. If she would like a few more less pricey links to other racks that I have found I will be happy to share.

thanks! will pass it on.. I got the impression she was looking for something local/used. but that might be hard to find. sounds like a rack would be easier.
