I know it's unlikely, but if anyone has tickets they would be interested in selling me, please let me know. Thanks!

Me, too. We landed tickets for Florida/Alabama.

How long of a drive is it from SoWal to Tallahassee?

2 Hours depending on traffic.

I can ask if my sister can get extra tickets, but I'll forewarn you that you would be sitting in the FSU student section. I would strongly advise against cheering for Florida or wearing any attire with a gator on it.

This will be a rather easy ticket to get, unless Bowden announces his retirement before the game. A lot of noles are offering up tickets.

I always wondered about "house divided" license plates. I can understand if your kid(s) goes to a rival school (except that's not a house divided because the kids is no longer in the house), but never one fan marrying a rival fan. Makes me think one of them or both are probably not a "real" fan, as in fanatic. No offense & good luck. ;-)

Wow Gator Fann – your definition of “fan” is awfully rigid. My household may not fit your description of a House Divided (as my husband and I are both Seminoles and our son is now in Gainesville getting indoctrinated), but we still feel like a House Divided.

In my mind, I think you can be a “fan” of a college football team without being a fanatic. I would agree, anyone who would refuse to marry based on the other person’s team affiliation is, truly, a fanatic. (And I bet their entire football season is ruined if their team is not always winning.)

Fortunately, I am more of a “funn”atic than a fanatic.😀 I have now been to football games in both stadiums, and I have to say that although I’ll always be a Seminole, I can see how it’s great to be a Gator. And seeing it that way does not disqualify me from being a fan of FSU, either.

BTW, I’m still looking for tickets – the Noles are not yet beating down my door.

Hey, I have two tickets!

I was going to put them on ebay today, but this saves me the trouble.

They are in the Gator section -- section 320, so pretty high up. Row 79, seats 1&2, on the aisle so that is nice. I'm looking for face value, $56 apiece is what we paid.

GG or BR, PM me if you are interested!
