I just put some of my stuff at the coffee house in Publix.
1. 2 Vintage Seiler's Meat posters. These are original and very retro.
2. "The King" by Richard Burnside.
Richard Burnside is a true outsider artist with no permanent address, although he is most often found in South Carolina. Believed to be a Viet Nam veteran, he is said to be a man with many demons, but possessing both a confidence and imagination that allows him vivid expression with paint. He always uses enamel house paint, so his pictures are exceptionally bright.
3. "Guard Dog" by Will Luck

This is the start of some of my good stuff for sale! I have quite a collection of Rare art and will slowly be bringing a piece to the Coffee house. Hard to let go of some of this stuff!

My husband came home from the coffee house, handed me my coffee and said, "BobbyJ has some interesting stuff." Should I be concerned?

More then likely. I have 4 pieces of art over there. 2 Rare original ad prints and 2 pieces of folk/outsider art. I have lots more "stuff" and will slowly be letting more go. I am feeling the passion come back for the arts. I was completely burnt out for years and just recently have begun to look at art again. When Collaborations closed we did not have a piece of art in our home hanging for over a year! Pretty sad considering we have over 100 pieces of extremely collectible art. I have Mose T's that are over 30 years old! Most of the art I collect will make you say hmmmmmm...... Some love it and some hate it but it will make you come home to your wife and say "Bobby J has some interesting stuff."😀

I need to go see your stuff, I'm a bit more ummm open to the out of the ordinary.
He's a chef so if it isn't on a plate, it ain't art.
While in college my favorite history professor kept me employed as his house painter. You would think it would be a one time deal but NOOOO, he was an avid art collector. He would call up and say, "I just bought a great one, I need you to repaint the (insert room here) so it will look right in there. His hankering for art kept me fed and in books for more years than I care to admit. And sometimes I would walk in and say, "I don't know what you were thinking on this one, Peter." I actually got to go back years later to a show of his collection that he had at the local museum. To see ALL of those pieces on the walls at the same time was pretty incredible.

I loved Collaborations! There was a Devil on the wall there that I wish I had bought. I can't remember the words that were printed below it but if that happened to be among your stuff, I could be interested in adding more stuff to my already stuffed home!
