Need Artist who can help me restore my lamp

I need some help and I'm just not sure where to turn. We moved here a few months ago and I am still unwrapping items. I had this particular lamp carefully bubble wrapped and when I pulled it out of its box and unwrapped it, one of the lady's forearms disintegrated into several tiny pieces. Mark, you are a wizard!

Mark, when you told me that you could put my lamp back together and that it would be close to perfect, I wasn't sure it could be done. When you unveiled my lamp and I saw the results, I was totally blown away with what a beautiful job you did on this lamp! It truly was perfect and far exceeded my expectations.
