WANTED : Rugs and/or foam to soundproof music room

Hi All!
Does anyone have a rug(s) they don't want? No bathroom mats or hallway runners! The bigger and thicker the better.

Also - Does anyone have sheets of foam? Think like the egg carton foam.

I'm trying to soundproof a music room and would love rugs for the floors and foam for the wall.
