We are moving into another house, and no longer have the need for our air conditioning/heating system. It is a 4 ton Carrier model #213ANA048000BDAA. It is a generally new system, manufactured in Dec 2009. System still has EIGHT years on the warranty. It takes R410a refrigerant and has a SEER of 13 for ac, and 8 for heating.
Also, for an additional $150, we have the whole wireless thermostat system. It is a touch screen system, with a portable comfort control remote. Thermostat is a Honeywell REM5009R1001. The remote model #is THX9321R5000.

We also have a licensed and insured technician that will remove the system and cap everything off. He is also available for the reinstall at a very fair price.
