Hi,
I'm a new member here.We just found the lot in 30A and want to start to build our dream house.Any suggestion for the right and good builder experiences anyone had in this group?How to check their financial background to be safe here?we want to build 2 stories with 3 beds 3 baths attached garage around 1900 sq NOT high end model,do you know around how much we will spend here?
