That Zestimate doesn’t take into consideration the thousands of dollars of upgrades to the home; impact windows/doors, fencing/cross fencing, approx 1,300 sq ft
Workshop/She Shed that’s climate controlled, 13+ acres of land, etc......
Have had multiple realtors tell us that the price is right
