Can anyone recommend any good builders to speak to? I'm going to be in town this weekend and looking at pieces of land to build a house on. My realtor is looking to guide me towards one specific builder it seems and maybe I would use them, but I would like to at least speak to a few. I'm looking to build in the 30A area, under $700K. Ideally a builder that would be more moderate and would work with me and provide recommendations to keep the cost controlled. Not looking for a free lunch either, but certainly not looking for someone geared towards more luxury or very high end. Let me know if you have any recommendations.
