We are currently renting and have fallen in love with the area. Looking for a small-ish home (<2100 sqft) near Seacrest Dr/Clareon Dr/Seabreeze Circle under $800,000. If anyone knows of any pocket listings or homes coming on the market, I would really appreciate it!
