I have a national lender doing a refinance for me and I am looking for recommendations for title company that is efficient and reasonable cost - any recommendations?

I'd be looking at cost for a refi, there shouldn't be any surprises paperwork wise.

The closing fee might be lower for some. I don't know about title insurance probably pretty standard.

You’re right. Not much difference in title policies.
