Sugar Dunes Conceptual Planned Unit Development (PUD), a major development request on behalf of Sugar Drive Holdings, L.L.C., for a conceptual PUD master plan and PUD overlay district consisting of 75 single-family lots and associated infrastructure on 22.41 acres at the end of Sugar Drive on the east side.

Pending determination of the ordinary high water mark of a tributary of Lake Allen, a coastal dune lake, to determine the distance of the tributary from the property, a factor that would impact allowable impervious surface area for the project.
