What an excellent location. Walk to Alys, Rosemary or Seacrest cafes. 200 steps to the beach. This townhouse also has privacy out back as it backs up to Camp Creek Golf Course. You can see the Gulf on the horizon from your front bedroom window. We share our private beach access with the beautiful Capistrano directly across 30A. Great cozy olde Seacrest small quiet community. :welcome:
Townhome features open living area with bar thru kitchen. Both upstairs bedrooms have ensuite baths. Appx. 1200 sq. ft. Balcony off back bedroom. Fenced patio off living area downstairs. W/D and half bath also downstairs. Very nice neighbors. Great retirement or rental property. Have a no strings offer for 410k in Dec. '07. Would consider the same or similar sooner.

Who in their right mind would put an offer out there a year in advance, especially when the trend is toward lowering prices?:idontno:
