Just received this email from WaterColor:
July Sales Are Up 30%
In July 2007, the number of properties contracted to be purchased in the communities of WaterColor and WaterSound increased by 30% when compared to July 2006! This statistical information only confirms what everyone already knows... purchasers want master-planned communities with world class amenities and renowned architecture. Purchasers want WaterColor and WaterSound!SHELLY

Over $83 Million in combined sales have occurred in the communities of WaterColor and WaterSound this year. That's a 134% increase compared to 2006! Today's buyers realize that the availability of quality properties at such tremendous values represents a genuine opportunity for their family's future.

Those e-mails are important K!!
I got an email yesterday from a banker in Nigeria that said I was heir to a fortune of a long-lost relative...all I had to do was send him my name, social security number, mother's maiden name and bank account and routing number and he'll wire the money directly to my account!!
I'm going to get with Josh in the next day or two and offer full price for that large builder's home with the pool and fireplace. I will have to replace that range with a more functional Roper, but it's all good.
