Whatever that thing across from Andante and Mistral Condos in old Seacrest is supposedly "fractional".

La Borgata, the Alan Jackson project in Panama City Beach is also selling fractionals. I even think their sales center is open for business.

Not a condo, but we have an awesome custom built home in St. Tropez on Old 98 with gulf views at $159,900.00.
