Bayfront Home Unbelievably Priced

I just found a new construction Bayfront home on Bayshore drive in Miramar Beach priced at $1,350,000. This house has 4000 sq. ft. Pool and hot tub. The inside was completely custom. House looks magnificent. There is no way you could replace this house for that price.
Does anyone know anything about this house? I am completely shocked this house is still on the market.

elgordoboy,
Thanks for your thoughts regarding the hat. I never thought about it, but you may be right. I was have to hang upside down a couple of hours ago as my face was looking a little pale. I definately got color back to my face but my hat fell off.
I don't plan on putting new photo on without hat, so don't worry. Although the little furry tassle on top really tickles.
You misunderstood. My point was you would have to look under the hat's present position to see your face. All in good fun anyhow.

That would be the brain under that hat.

Since the price mentioned in the first post is incorrect, does this mess up then title of the thread about it being an incredible price?

lol.. that one that bobbyj posted is right next to the PUBLIC PARK that has a boat ramp and you wouldnt believe how many people have a blast on their jet skis right in front of that nice view. I think the sheriffs dept hangs out there quite alot so there shouldnt be very many illegal activities going on ....anymore. Cant believe they didnt spot the squatters tho

It doesn't say it's an "incredible" price....it says it's "Unbelievably Priced"--so the thread title is indeed correct.

Seriously SJ could we really mess up this thread anymore?

BTW, this is HOW rumors get started and balloon out of control. By tomorrow someone will over hear someone else talking about the 17 Mexicans who killed a celebrity in there bay front home. :bang:

Either that, or they will be talking the Mexican babies living in the custom drawers in a closet of some rich guy's house.

If the first poster had just informed us of his property which he is trying to sell, Kurt would crack the whip on us for cutting up. The ironic thing is that the guy who is pimping out the property, is also the same one who brought up the Mexicans living in the house.

Smiling Joe,
I own a lot of property down here but not the one I posted. You are correct in one regard though. It is in my best interest to see that property sold as I will never be able to move any of mine until that one sells. The house right beside it is the same size and 500k more. I walked through both houses and the one for 1.3 something actually looked nicer.
As for the Mexicans. It was only a joke to Shelly. They were not Mexicans but were from Bangladesh. They were making clothes for Kathy Lee and Nike.

 How so? Are yours overpriced in comparison?

Shelly,
Not even a question. Yes, mine are overpriced in comparison! They say admitting it is the first step to recovery.

congratulations, Viper, you managed to get 750+ hits in two days, on a house! Now what? Here's the trick. You have to make the price very exciting before getting everyone to look, then you might actually get the sale. It looks like a nice home, but at $1.4 million, there is plenty more product out there at better prices.

Sounds good. Thanks for your opinion. Please advise what and where as I may be interested in something. I have someone interested in one of my properties. He is wanting to put a contingency but I am not going to accept. He claims to have the funds available, if need be.
Thanks

OK. I must ask one more question and need the truth. Is Shelly and Capricious the same person? Brother and sister?

You first....how are you and Josh related?

I'm curious as to the type of contingency will make you not sell, if the offer is good. :idontno:

I have been offered 3.3m with a contingency for the guy to sell his house. His home is gulf front at 5m. Days on market for those homes are real bad. My realtor and two other realtors have advised me not to remove my house from the market as it aggressively priced and been on market for short period of time. Had several showings and a low ball offer already.
