Just curious for now about this development. I have found the website http://www.santarosagolfvillas.com. I noticed that one cottage may have gone under contract, but I can't find them on the http://www.waltonpa.com/ site. Just wondering if this is a really new development, if there are any cottages built and the overall feel for the place. Thanks in advance.

It is/was a John Willis development located in Dune Allen, near the Santa Rosa Beach Club. It is approximately 1-2 years old and has several spec homes in the front. The majority of the lots are still empty. The amenities are complete and running.

Have any homes sold in there? How many homes are built? We might possibly be interested in LTR there. Thanks.

Actually if I remember correctly they are on the same rental program as some other units thru www.sandersbeachrentals.com if not they can put you in touch with the right people.
