Events calendar says there is a tour of homes on Thursday 2-5pm and to check respective sales centers for available homes. Anyone know anything else about this? Sounds like a lovely way to spend an afternoon. Admission? Location of these sales centers?

Arrived here Saturday - having a wonderful time.

Thanks!

Admission? They'd probably pay YOU to come tour the homes. As far as I know, they have quite a few homes on open house in both developments, and they would love to show you the homes.

Free and open to all. They are getting good traffic and some buyers. Give your email address when you go and you'll get some good stuff delivered to your mailbox!

WaterColor - sales office is on corner of 30A and WaterColor Blvd, across from clock tower and Sugar Pies.

WaterSound - sales office is to the right of main gate on Scenic 30A.

RiverCamps - sales center is on Back Beach road in Panama City Beach across from Pier Park. Or you can probably go out there and bypass the sales center.

Kurt, I believe the RiverCamps sales office across from Pier Park has been closed for a while. You definitely should call prior to making a trip to that particular office.

I believe that River Camps has moved the staff to the actual River Camps location.

Now's the time to buy (flight path property). ;-)

This was fun. Agents were extremely pleasant people (even though they knew upfront that we were not in the market for million plus properties in the near future) . Homes were beautiful. In each of the houses we toured, Realtors reported a slight rebound on spring contracts... and particularly at WaterColor. Good luck to each of you. Hope the rebound contracts turn into hard sales!

They should be, a good agent realizes you might not buy it, but might be so impressed as to tell a rich friend or relative. Any realtor that chases you out of an open house doesn't deserve the commission.
