Nice marketing piece..

Go to www.greatsoutherndevelopers.com click on Riverwalk, then click renderings.

I know Riverwalk pretty well. I was looking for a PDF on Rivercamps for someone last night.

That's a pretty nice marketing piece on Riverwalk. I saw a foreclosure action involving Great Southern and J.M. Do you know how that is going to finalize? I thought for sure J.M. was co-operating with the action. Will they push it to final sale or Deed in Lieu?

Thanks

rivercamps lots

I believe we have a copy of the lot map on our home computer. I'll check tonight and post it if we do.

On a related note, we also have a lot in RC up for sale if anyone is interested!!

Rivercamps had maps with lot numbers posted, but only for that specific release. The onsite staff has a map with all of the lot numbers posted, but hasn't been interested in giving out copies. Is there a specific release you are looking for?

A couple days ago I was looking for an e-mailable marketing piece that I thought JOE had circulated sometime back. This is the tech day of instant gratification so I was trying to deliver that night.

It seems that if a guy likes the hunt and fish lifestyle RiverCamps might fit pretty well.

I do wonder about its proximity to the "new airport". Where I'm from that is the opposite of a selling feature, but things are probably opposite here in Seinfeld's bizarro world.

I am sorry I can not help you. I am not aware of any marketing piece that St Joe sent out containing a map with any of the lot numbers shown.

i too have a lot for sale

One of the most unique lots in Rivercamps is our 3 acre lot with no neighbors in sight and surrounded by conservation. Distant bay views. We have it listed, but like everything else nothing is selling. I think it is lot #258 on the St. Joe map

If you have not found a map yet, you might call Chad Miller, he is the Sales Associate out there. 850866-5500 or chadmiller@joe.com. I was out looking at lots a few days ago...there are plenty available. It is pretty isolated and very empty. The club house and pool are wonderful...great place for a kayak..I would not want to be there during "rainy season" though. One of the beautiful houses had a pond in front of it...

Do you know if homeowners are allowed to bring in fill to drain the lots into a community stormwater plan?

Sometimes in Walton County the Building Official will not issue a permit without an Affidavit from the Permiter swearing not to bring in fill.

I don't know any specifics; most of the houses appear to be built up...on pilings, although the one with the pond is not.

I am sure the builder will need to follow the DEP and Corps rules for building in wetlands.
