Any interest in Cypress Breeze?

We own a lot in Lakeside in Blue Mountain. Are there any interested sellers who trade a condominium for this lot and cash?

Do you have any interest in this home in Cypress Breeze or maybe another in our inventory? We should be able to offer something that helps valuation.

That home is + or - $525,000 and is about 3,200 square feet.

We have another at + or - $435,000 and is about 2,150 square feet.

The others are +$1,000,000 plus and probably don't help you meet your goals.

I have a client that has the following listing. He called and asked me to send this one out and may interest in a trade. Great unit, beach in the back yard and awesome rental numbers! One of the nicest units at Beach Side.

Bobby, Thanks for your help. We may have found something this weekend that will work for us, but it's not very likely that they will take the lot. If you find a buyer for the lot, you would be my hero. Lot# 48, corner lot in the back.
