Recommend a Realtor Please

I know this is a Pandora's box... but can someone recommend me a realtor to sell my home in Seagrove. I know this is not neccessarily the time to sell- but I am ready. I am not desperate. I am not upside down- far from it. I just want to get out and want to find the right person to do it. So.... I am not looking for someone to market my house as a fire sale, etc....

Can someone tell me where I can find who actually sells the most real estate in Seagrove. I have a 3BR/3BA on Sugar Sand Lane (behind Cafe 30a).

Thanks for your help.

Looks like a very nice house in a good location. Wish you the best of luck in selling and your choice of realtors. For a period of time when our listing expired I had a few offers without a realtor to buffer me from the pain. Let me just say it was not a good experience. For us it is always best to have a realtor and no, I am not one.

Know a few folks looking on 30a from our city will keep your lovely home in mind.

That is correct, Seagrovegirl, but while this property is located about one mile east of Old Seagrove, and is in a totally different type of neighborhood, I say it relatively, isn't close. Though Cassine has a few more features as a sub-division, it is much closer in proximity, and much more like the the subdivision and housing found in the Village of Sugar Beach. When I think of "Old Seagrove," which I really love, I think of the big Oak Tree canopies and narrow dirt roads which help keep the traffic low.

The good news for the seller of this house is that he purchased it at a price where he could sell it today and still make a profit.

I agree SJ....let's keep Old Seagrove, Old Seagrove.....another FYI: The founder of (Old) Seagrove, C.H. "Cube" McGee would get upset when other areas surrounding OS used the Seagrove name...ie; One Seagrove Place.

The only reason I make a distinction between Old Seagrove and Seagrove, is because of the difference in emotional appeal to buyers, depending on the sub-division or house/property. Price and perceived value will be the motivating factor for a buyer of this house, IMO.

I will say that while I have only seen interior photos of the house, I have driven by the house, and think the house looks nice.

So sorry for any confusion . I did not mean to imply this home was in Old Seagrove, but it was more about the realtor and sales. Thanks for clearing up something that I made confusing by my comment. That is all.

Hard sell over there. Car wash went bust. Magnolia Dunes gone. Unfinished SD and the very end and homes are are being listed for 600 plus but dead in the water. You need to tell this board what range you are looking for.

Bobby J and Garner are on top of things. Great team to work with. Bobby knows the area since he grew up here and has lot's of knowledge to offer. He also has a way of getting the buyer excited about the property by getting them to visualize their life in a particular home. He's down a down to earth, easy going, strait talking guy. He and Garner work well together as a team and compliment each other. Hey,you get 2 for the price of one working in your favor. How great is that? Good luck in your search.
