Regional Utilities is requiring me to pay 2 impact fees for one building. Has anyone else encountered this and what were the circumstances if so?
Thanks,

They have scrapped the set fee for single family homes and now use a formula that calculates potential usuage by using the number of fixtures in the home. In most cases, the fee has increased.
