Origin at Seahaven joined Panama City Beach's list of condos to go up for auction. Condos sold for as little as $112 a square foot and as high as $196 a square foot. You can see the Origin Auction Results here.

How are those other phases at Seahaven coming along?

IKNOWKEVIN,
From your blog dated Oct 18, 2008, RE: Ocean Reef Condo Auction Results:
-----------------------------------------
The completion of the [Ocean Reef]auction announced and a total of nineteen condominiums had been put under contract.... The final results won't be known for another 45 days. There is usually some fall out of condominium buyers during the condominium documentation review period. Having said that, we could see several more contracts written if the developer chooses to continue offering some of these prices in the coming week.
Please keep in mind that I am getting my sales numbers from the auction sales boards after the auction. These numbers will change as some bidders cancel and others write contracts.
-----------------------------------------
So as of today, what was the outcome of contracts from that auction?
While you're at it, how about reporting on the results of the contracts from the Palazzo and Marina Landing auctions as well.
Thanx.

Shelly,
You seem a bit on edge with your comments. Any reason why? The same blog contains the answers to both of your questions.
Palazzo Auction results analized are here
Marina Landing Auction results are here. Just look in the comments

Shelly, Shelly, Shelly,
Are you gearing up for another conspiracy theory advertising rant? Let me see if I can cover your bases for you. . . I am just going to try and take a stab at this one. Ready . . . Let me know how I do . . .
Ahhhh hem. I am the developer, and/or auction group, and/or listing agent. SOWALGAYBOI and I are in it together and are actually the same person logging in as different users (we can tell this because there were only 14 minutes between our posts). This is a helpless advertising ploy and the goal is to get the viewers of this forum to buy condos at Origin . . .
How was that? Tons of simple issues with the premise that boil down to common sense, but did I cover the bases?

Don't drag me into your conspiracy. 😱 That was pure coincidence.

Waiting on Shelly's point
Still waiting for you to make some kind of a (hopefully somewhat logical) point so we can get back to the topic at hand there Shelly. Can we hurry it up please?

The topic was about the list of condos that went up for auction in Panama City
The Ocean Reef was one of those condos.
Since it has been 45 days since said auction, I asked about the final result of sales from that auction and two other auctions.
You linked to the results of the two other auctions but not the Ocean Reef.
I asked you for the results of the Ocean Reef again.
You went on some rant about me thinking you were Sowalgayboi
<This is where the train of thought jumped the tracks>
In an attempt to "get back to the topic at hand," i.e., PCB Condo Auction Results, I'll ask again....
Ready??
...now how about those results of the Ocean Reef Condo auction?
<I'll accept, "I haven't got a clue" as an acceptable reply.>

So you acknowledge I got your conspiracy theory correct or do you have some changes?

OK, I get your point...I'll take that to mean that the Ocean Reef Condo auction contracts went up in smoke like a flaming fudge bag.

OK. Now that you have conceded my point, lets get to the bottom of this so that I may be lucky enough for you to stop hijacking posts. The goal here was simply to talk about the auction. There is NO agenda.
Who do you think I am? I am just a guy who wanted to write a post about the condo auctions and talk with people. When you say “I'll take that to mean that the Ocean Reef Condo auction contracts went up in smoke like a flaming fudge bag.”, are you guessing? Did that really happen? If it did, that would probably be a great post that everyone would talk about here. I have no idea what happened 45 days after the ocean reef auction. If you know, tell us. If not, BE NICE and stay on topic.
What developer, auction group, or real estate agent in their right mind would post here with the goal of trying to make a sale (especially AFTER the auction occurred). I am reasonably sure this site is mainly visited by locals (people who want to chat), not someone itching to go to an auction.
Sooooooo, what happened at Ocean Reef?
