I thought I read a post on here a week or so ago where someone posted sales data that stated what the average reduction off of list price was for sales in South Walton. Now I can't find it.
Anybody know?
Thanks.

Just note that the linked thread above includes Destin (Okaloosa County), and doesn't include Pt Washington.
