I've just been elected to a two year term as Secretary/Treasurer of my condo in Seagrove Beach. Does anyone have any pearls of wisdom they'd like to bestow on me? I've memorized the Florida statutes and my condo bylaws so I'm okay on that account (I think ;-)).
All advice and cautionary stories gratefully accepted !
