The lot has a nice elevation, no Homeowner's Dues, no build-out times and is currently the lowest priced lot listed in the neighborhood.

There is a great bank owned lot beside Cafe Tango with a short walk to the beach. Several in the Blue mountain beach area. I am a Realtor...please let me know if I could help more specifically.

We have a lot on Somerset Bridge. It is in a small gated community with a very reasonable HOA. Walk to beach. Wooded and Lake front.
