We are looking to buy a vacation home in the area. Would like to be in the $400s or low $500s. 3 to 4 bedrooms, hardwood mostly, nice appliances etc. We would like something that could be used as a rental when we are not using it. Would like to be within 5 to 15 min walk/bike ride to the beach. We are coming down the week after Christmas to look around again. Let me know if you know of anything that we should check out. we are not opposed to a short sale or foreclosure property. Thanks and happy holidays!

Check out our property at VRBO.com/112852. We may be able to work something out. We have annual rentals of around $40,000.

Lots of excellent opportunities. I know of a foreclosure near Grayton in the high 200's that may appeal to you. Please call 850-865-7798. Staying in town to work as we expect it to be busy. Call ahead if you would like to view to make appointments.

Thanks

We like Watercolor best but difficult to find a place in our price range there. We are open to other areas.
