We tried doing this several years ago so that we could stop renting our home, but realtors couldn't find anyone interested in a fractional. A couple of our neighbors have done this successfully, but with friends. All of our friends either already have a vacation home or are not beach people.
If you are successful, I'd appreciate it if you'd pm me.
