Condo at Seagrove Highlands for sale - CHEAP

Well, the flipping deal didn't quite work out for me.
I am DESPERATE to sell at least one out of two condos that I bought preconstruction at the Seagrove Highlands development on 30-A. If I could just sell the contract before I have to close around the end of this month (May) I would have the BIGGEST cloud lifted from over my head. I'll let them go for $490,000. This is what I paid for them.
These are 3 bedrooms. My Mother has been very ill so I haven't gotten to see them but I've been told they are very nice. In case you don't know where the development is, it's behind the Tom Thumb in Seagrove.
If ANYONE is interested PLEASE let me know.

Wow, I can almost sense your distress, your condos look like they are priced on the lower end to others in the complex so surely they will sell soon. Hang in there!

Hey Kurt,

I went under contract during March, 17 months ago.

Sorry it has taken me so long to get back to you. I haven't been back on this site since I posted my distress ad. My Mom got very ill and my life went in a different mode.
Looks like I'm going to have to close out on this next week. Closing has been put off until now because of my Mom's illness.
It can still be bought until probably Tuesday!
