I AM LOOKING FOR AN OWNER FINANCED LOT ANYWHERE ALONG 30A. $60,000 AND UNDER.

LOW OR NO HOA FEES.

HAVE DOWN PAYMENT AND INTERESTED IN DISCUSSING TERMS.

If you can help, great. I found one owner financed lot but it was over $100,000.

I HAVE FOUND 2 OWNERS INTERESTED IN OWNER FINANCING THEIR LOTS WITH A DOWN PAYMENT AND TERMS.

WHEN I SELL MY HOME IN ATLANTA I WILL PAY THE LOT IN FULL AND BUILD ON IT. AS STATED ABOVE, I WISH TO STAY UNDER $60,000 WITH LOW OR NO HOA FEES.

I WILL BE DOWN ALONG 30A ON MONDAY, FERUARY 27, 2012 FOR AT LEAST 5 DAYS TO LOOK AT THE LOTS I KNOW OF AND ANY OTHERS SOWAL FRIENDS MIGHT BE AWARE OF. THANKS

We have a lot that is not on the market as of today and would be willing to owner finance. It is a bit more than 60K. Ours is 75K, in Seagrove, south of 30A, has no HOA fees and no build out time.
