Coastal Living Home Under Construction at Rosemary

Coastal Living’s 15th Anniversary Home is under construction in Rosemary Beach. This amazing event will bring thousands of visitors to the community. The magazine promotes and advertises the home during construction and by the time it is finished, people across the country will be inspired to visit. In the past, the Coastal Living family asked visitors to pay an admission fee, which is then donated to a local charity.
Rosemary Beach Realty has the listing for this fine property, and our agent Billy Creswell is the listing agent. The home sits on one of the largest lots in Rosemary Beach. It will have the largest pool (15′ x 50′) and outdoor/kitchen/dining/loggia in the community. Lew Oliver designed the home as well as the 2004 Southern Accents home in Rosemary Beach. Built by Benecki Fine Homes of Atlanta, the property will be available to tour in July 2012.
